PSYCH-K®
In a nutshell, PSYCH-K® helps integrate the two hemispheres of the brain and works directly with the subconscious to change limiting beliefs to enhancing beliefs, as well as transforming the perception of stress!
PSYCH-K® offers a safe and efficient way of transforming stress, trauma and subconscious beliefs through a range of balance processes. Further, there are specific processes for transforming relationships, phobias, apparent reactive responses (e.g., to foods, dust and animals), birth trauma and fear of death.

Some people still debate nature vs nurture, but it seems only a handful of physical and mental health conditions are actually genetic.
Research by people like Dr Bruce Lipton has shown us that our subconscious beliefs literally influences / controls our biology.
This may be concerning to the elites of the world who have worked hard at suppressing the general population based on some notion that some bloodlines, races, etc., are more worthy, stronger or smarter than others.
For everybody else, this means that you don’t need to be a victim of your genetics. And with treatment modalities like PSYCH-K, it’s quick, safe and straightforward to change limiting / detrimental beliefs to enhancing beliefs to create the life that you want!

Changing Beliefs?
If this is new to you, then this may sound really weird and unusual. It may also sound like something scary to “mess with”. The truth is that we do change our beliefs through our lives, based on our experiences and people around us. However, we are usually not conscious of it.
It’s been estimated that 95-99% of our adult lives are run by our subconscious programs that have become automatic. These programs (beliefs) are primarily formed in the ages 0-6, when are brains waves operate in delta and theta waves (subconscious).
Why would we want to change these beliefs / programmes?
You are probably not aware of your limiting beliefs, but here’s a few examples: I’m not smart enough; I have a bad memory; I’m not good enough; I’m not loveable; Money is the root of all evil; You can’t trust men; Anger is not an acceptable emotion for me to feel or express.
Can you see how such beliefs would limit you? Both in your personal and professional life. The latter belief (anger) is a personal example of a limiting belief I had, which was one of the key reasons for chronic digestive issues I experienced (pretty much since birth) as the belief meant suppressing anger all my life. Not healthy..

Imagine you’re 6 six years old. You and your friends have just recorded a mix tape of your favourite music. 40 years later, that mix tape is still playing. All day. Every day…
PSYCH-K is one way to re-record that mix tape… It’s safe, quick and straightforward to change limiting beliefs to, e.g., “I am lovable” or “I am confident and at ease speaking in public”.

Transforming Stress & Trauma
From a PSYCH-K perspective, stress and trauma may “shut down” one of the hemispheres of the brain.

PSYCH-K is an alternative approach to helping process stress, difficult emotions and trauma, alongside EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. It has the potential to address a range of conditions, including:
Appointment Details
A PSYCH-K appointment is usually 1 hour.
It is client-driven. Similar to EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, this is not talk-therapy, and for transforming stress/trauma, you don’t even have to share anything about it for the process to work.
During the first appointment, a consultation is conducted to take your details and aims, which is free of charge. The duration of this depends on your condition and medical history, but it generally takes about 15 minutes.
PSYCH-K uses muscle testing as a way of communicating with the subconscious, and typically entails:
• You describing one or more conditions or situations you’d like to change.
• Establishing what you’d like instead, which typically entails creating safe and appropriate belief statement(s).
• Balancing in the new belief statement(s), to change the limiting subconscious pattern(s).
• Discussing and agreeing action steps to consolidate / compound the treatment.
There are also specific balancing processes that we can discuss, e.g., for relationships, phobias, apparent reactive responses (e.g., to foods, dust and animals) and core life/wellbeing beliefs.

Remote Treatments
Remote treatments are possible with PSYCH-K, typically done via free, online, video conferencing such as Zoom. This does not limit the potential gains you have from a treatment, and some prefer it.
If you are concerned about technology, rest assured that it is very straightforward and secure. From a client perspective, you can expect to receive a link to a Zoom meeting, which will open in your web browser. You may have a pop-up to install a plug-in, and clicking ‘yes’, it should be up and running momentarily.
