Some times it is necessary to re-schedule or cancel an appointment and we don’t want you to feel penalised for things that are out of your control that prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment.
Under general circumstances, please give 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. You will not be charged for this.
Unforeseen circumstances may occur, such as illness, accident or any other emergency that require you to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. This will naturally be taken into account.
However, in other circumstances, the full appointment fee will be charged to clients who fail to show up for their appointment or wish to re-schedule or cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
If you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, please let me know via email or phone. You should have received my phone number after making initial contact, although I don’t advertise the number on this public website for privacy reasons.
