While we all may need a little help and guidance from others, my ultimate aim is to help enable people becoming masters of themselves; their health, wellbeing, happiness, success, quality of life, etc.
In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic in 2020, I created a series of18 self-care videos.
At the time, the video series was partially motivated by helping people look after themselves in order to boost their immune system and cope better with the physical (social) isolation that was enforced across the world.
The key elements of self-care I have covered in these videos are timeless – they are as relevant now as they were thousands of years ago and I expect will be in thousands of years from now unless we undergo some dramatic transformation / evolution 😉
